We have seen offshore oil and gas development and oil spills impact coastal communities, soil beaches, and destroy ocean wildlife such as marine mammals, fish, and sea birds. We have an opportunity to prevent these types of catastrophes and put our nation on the path to a clean energy future while protecting our oceans.

Please tell current Secretary of the Interior, Ken Salazar, to oppose offshore drilling. Public comments are being accepted through September 21, 2009 on the “Draft Proposed Five-Year Leasing Program.”
